  • Glucose meter to monitor the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients.

  • Refractometer to check total protein and urine concentration.

  • Urine dip sticks to determine urinary infections, diabetes and kidney function.

  • Immulite for Progesterone hormone testing.

  • Microscopes used for checking various samples, from ear mites to potentially cancerous cells in mystery lumps

  • Tonopen for measuring the pressure in eye to determine the possibility glaucoma or uveitis

  • Ophthalmascope for checking corneal ulcers and examination of the back of the eye.

  • Faecal Floats to diagnose intestinal worm infestations and other intestinal parasites

  • Multiple in-house tests for:

  • Heart Worm

Depending on the case, we also have access to a veterinary-specific laboratory to run our samples for us. These samples include routine blood testing, culture and sensitivity assessment for infections, and histopathologic assessment of potentially cancerous lumps.
